About the Event
Opening night join us for our "Speakeasy Social" showcasing our vendors. Indulge in some prohibition style cocktails and delicious appetizers while you network. This will be followed by Karaoke in the Grand Hall on Wednesday evening.
We will be offering two tracts of speakers and workshops both Thursday and Friday that will focus on multiple areas of the LAS industry. You will have scheduled time to visit our vendor hall so you can learn about all the latest and greatest products they have to offer. We will also have a poster presentation session showcasing the work of our district members.
Thursday evening plan to attend "The Ritzy Recognition Night" festivities that include the D5 Awards presentations, a buffet dinner and a special keynote speaker. Feel free to dress like it's the roaring 20's for this fun evening!

Each vendor table comes with one chair for a single representative. Silver Sponsor - two representatives, table with two chairs and meal sponsorship. Gold Sponsor - two representatives, table with two chairs, meal sponsorship, and additional advertising. Platinum Sponsor - two representatives, table with two chairs, meal sponsorship, additional advertising AND 10 minute speaking spot at meeting $1500. Vendors may purchase $15 drink vouchers to hand out and drive booth traffic.
