Arlene Gross, RLAT (LabCorp)
Arlene is the Primate and Large Animal Behaviorist at LabCorp in Greenfield, Indiana. With a wealth of experience, she previously served as a Veterinary Technician at LabCorp for two years before transitioning into her current Behaviorist role. Arlene brings a combined 15 years of expertise from both small animal veterinary practice and equine veterinary practice to her current position.

Jen Thompson, BS, RVT, RLAT (LapCorp)
Jen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Technology from Purdue University (2005). Her diverse career spans 17 years across various veterinary fields, including general practice, academia, specialty medicine, and emergency and critical care. Currently serving as a Senior Research Assistant at LabCorp in Greenfield, Indiana, Jen has spent the last four years contributing to both veterinary clinical and habituation teams.

Beth Skiles, BS, RVT, VTS(LAM), RLATG, LSSBB (Indiana University)
Beth, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science and an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology, has dedicated her career to working with animals. Since 2013, she has played a vital role at Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSOM) as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Beth is actively engaged in committee work across several organizations and has been a proud member of INAALAS since 2013.

Kaitlyn Harris, BS, RLATG (LabCorp)
Kaitlyn is a Biology graduate from Ball State University (2015) with a concentration in Zoology. Accumulating seven years of experience in the research field, she currently serves as a surgery technician at LabCorp. Since 2016, Kaitlyn has been an active member of AALAS, demonstrating her commitment to the field. Excited to contribute at the state level, she is honored to take on the role of Secretary.

Andi Barber RVT, RLATG (LabCorp)
With over 15 years of dedicated experience working with animals, Andi Barber has been a valuable member of LabCorp since 2019. Her background includes 10 years in clinical practice before joining the clinical veterinary team. Actively engaged in the field, Andi has been involved with AALAS since 2021, contributing to the advancement of animal science.
Lindsey Dice, BS, RLAT (LabCorp)
As a senior study technician on the large animal toxicology team at LabCorp in Greenfield, IN, Lindsey Dice brings a diverse background to her role. With a Bachelor’s degree in fisheries and aquatic sciences from Purdue University (2020), Lindsey previously worked at Purdue’s Aquaculture Research Lab for four years and various fisheries labs in the Forestry and Natural Resources Department. Currently pursuing a Master’s in animal science and behavior, Lindsey continues to contribute to LabCorp's research initiatives.
Amanda Darbyshire, DVM, DACLAM (Purdue)
Amanda Darbyshire serves as the Assistant Director of Clinical Medicine for the Laboratory Animal Program at Purdue University. Engaged in committee work throughout the field, Amanda is excited to contribute as part of the INAALAS Council, bringing her expertise to further the advancement of laboratory animal science.
Jennifer King, LAT, ILAM (Taconic)
Over the past 18 years at Taconic, Jennifer King has had the privilege of working with dedicated professionals. Her expertise lies in specialty husbandry and breeding for GM models. Jennifer's involvement extends to serving on Taconic’s IACUC for five years and participating in various cross-functional and cross-site committees to harmonize SOPs, create trainings, plan future projects, and more.
Stephanie Blevins BS, RLAT, SRA (IU Medical Center)
In her role as Co-Operations Manager at the Laboratory Animal Research Center (LARC), Stephanie Blevins contributes to decades spent working with animals. With a passion for making a positive difference, Stephanie brings people together to collaborate on optimal ways to care for animals and support those working to make a positive impact on the world.
Madeliene “Madz” Mottinger, RALAT (LabCorp) Since 2021
Madz has been with LabCorp working as a Clinical Veterinary Technician. She has been in the veterinary field since 2016 working as an on the job trained vet tech. Her experience in the veterinary field includes general practice, emergency, and research medicine. She has been a member of AALAS since 2024 and very excited to be involved at the state level and help advance the animal research field.
